Intelligent Capital is an investment banking firm advising companies on M&A and other capital transactions. The company was founded ten years ago by Rick and Chris after they spent many years at larger firms. They realized that there was a market for investment banking services dealing with transactions between $10 and $100 million, and along the way discovered that there was an interesting market for their services in the Nordic region. The result has been their engagement as advisors to a significant number of companies, including a number from the Nordic region, with transactions completed with buyers including Oracle, Symantec, ARM Ltd, and Gemplus SA.
