The title of the speech is Design, Manufacturing and Applications of Synthetic Genes. In his speech, Claes plans to cover synthetic genomics that allows for chemical synthesis of any gene sequence. This technology enables engineering of biological systems for a variety of applications including biofuel production, chemical process industry, drug design and more.
